Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of uniTAD. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid features of uniTAD. We may ask you to confirm your age.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Community conduct

uniTAD is a space for students, by students. Racism, hate speech, harassment and discriminatory behaviour are not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Subscriptions & billing

• Premium features are sold per feature (Jobs and Accommodation) at £5/month each, with a discounted bundle for both.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are in GBP and may change with notice; changes won’t affect your current billing period.

Third-party listings

Some job listings are aggregated from external sources (e.g. Adzuna) and link out to those sites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy or outcome of external listings or applications.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
